Refund and Returns Policy

We’re committed to offering high-quality probiotic and gut-health products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are food-grade and perishable, we accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrongor damaged item.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The return request is made within 7 daysof delivery.

Please note: we cannot accept returns of opened jars, bottles, or pouches for safety and hygiene reasons.

  1. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order qualifies:

  1. Email us at 📧 support@thegreenzio.com with your order ID, clear photo/video of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on sending the item back.
  1. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment methodwithin 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundableunless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).
  • In some cases, we may issue store credit or replacementinstead of a cash refund.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days,

  • First check your bank or payment app again.
  • Then contact your card provider — sometimes posting takes time.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, write to us at support@thegreenzio.comand we’ll help right away.
  1. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations or address changes aren’t possible.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Keep the packaging for verification.
    We’ll replace it at no extra costor issue a refund as applicable.
