  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business daysafter payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmationonce your order is shipped, including tracking details.
  1. Shipping Timeline

📍 Metro Cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi): 2–5 business days
📍 Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
📍 Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors like courier delays, weather conditions, or festive rush.

  • Free shippingon all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A small standard delivery chargemay apply for orders below ₹999 (shown at checkout).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) service may carry an additional handling fee if available.
  1. Packaging & Safety

All our probiotic products are packed in tamper-proof, insulated packaging to preserve freshness and prevent leakage or contamination.
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it and contact us immediately with photos.
